General Questions

Sometimes our Boobies sell faster than anticipated, and sometimes we are completely cleared from a surge in demand. When this happens, we have to send another round of stock to our fulfilment house. When you purchase a Boobie on pre-order, you are reserving your own Boobie before it arrives at the fulfilment house. We know the estimated time of arrival of the new stock, so this is the timeframe located next to the product name on the product page.

Once your order is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. A signature will be required on delivery, however due to unforeseen circumstances and limitations, the postman may leave your Boobie package in a safe place or at your nearest post office. 

If you’re located in Australia, standard shipping is free! And express shipping will be calculated at checkout. Your order will be sent via Australia Post. The delivery time is usually 2-8 business days for standard and 1-4 business days for express, after your order has been carefully packed by our team. 

The Boobie is officially on it’s way to you! This means you should have received a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Paste this number straight into the Australia Post website and you will be given the live tracking updates of your Boobie, straight to your doorstep.

If you are yet to receive your shipping confirmation e-mail, please check your junk folder or your Boobie may be in pre-order. This can be confirmed when you checked out and in your order confirmation e-mail. 

Sometimes, Australia Post can will notify you that your shipment is delayed. This can be frustrating; however, these issues need to be investigated by Australia Post. We are happy to help and raise any issues with Australia Post to locate your package and find the reasoning behind the delay.
If you think your order may be lost, please contact us and we will investigate this issue with Australia Post.

If you have purchased a Boobie and provided the wrong address information, please send us your new details before your order has been shipped.

If your order has already left our warehouse, you can still redirect the package in the Australia Post tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

At the time of writing this, we currently only offer the Boobie in Australia and New Zealand! As we expand, we would love to expand to different regions in the world. 

The Boobie Questions

Receiving and opening your Boobie is an exciting time! You will receive your Boobie in a grey satchel pack. Inside you will find your Boobie in a vacuum sealed bag, ready to be opened and slipped on. 

The Boobie is one size, fits most! Which is roughly based on a 6XL hoodie. This is usually the perfect fit for most mums. View the size guide here.

If you have a few milk stains on your Boobie, these can be easily taken care of with a standard wash as shown below. Keep in mind, these care instructions will be included in your package when you receive your Boobie.

- Hand or machine wash in cold water.

- If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected.

- Only use mild detergents (approved for wool/silk).

- Avoid mixing with other colours.

- Do not tumble dry.

- Do not iron.

- Do not dry clean.

Yes, definitely! We always want to improve our products, whether this is a new colour or a recommended alteration to the Boobie. Although we can’t guarantee your suggestion will go ahead through the production line, it is always great to hear feedback from our loyal customers.

The Boobies are made from a luxurious Sherpa fleece interior and a soft flannel fleece exterior.

Currently we do not offer wholesale discounts for reselling. However, if you are looking at purchasing a bulk amount of Boobies for personal purposes (for example, a Boobie for each mum at your mothers group), please e-mail us at info@theboobie.com.au.

The Boobie is absolutely the perfect gift for your family, friends or co-workers. You can send the Boobie directly to that lucky someone by entering in their shipping address in the checkout. If you want to include a personal handwritten message in the Boobie package, please e-mail us at info@theboobie.com.au with your order confirmation ID and desired message and we will try our best to include this with their Boobie.


Note: Rest assured invoices or receipts are not included in the Boobie package itself, these are only e-mailed to you once you have ordered the Boobie.

Returns and Exchanges

You can read our returns policy here.

We offer free returns for 30 days from date of delivery/receiving the order. However, the Boobie is only eligible for a return if: 

The item(s) is processed for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order. 

The item(s) were not issued as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.

The Item(s) must be in the all the original packaging in their original condition(s).

Note: you will be asked to take a photo of your item, prior to sending the item back to us for assessment. 

We offer a 30-day return period for you to return the Boobie to us. Please refer to our returns policy here.

Yes, you can return your order for a refund, provided it is returned within the 30-day refund period.

Once we have processed your refund, expect to see the funds back into your account within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank. If it does take longer than this, please contact your bank or merchant directly.

Payment

We use Shopify Payments which is an industry standard and very secure. The system uses highly encrypted software to safely send payments and ultimately protect customers.

We accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), as well as debit cards. We also accept Afterpay and Klarna plans (see question below).

We currently accept Afterpay and Klarna as a payment plan for your Boobie. Please note, you will have to create an Afterpay or Klarna account to go ahead with this option.

Have you stumbled upon a discount code to purchase a Boobie? Great! Simply enter in your code on the checkout page (in the discount code box) and click apply. You will see how much you’re saving once you’ve clicked over to the next page.


Note: Only one discount code can be used per order.

Unfortunately, not at this time. However, the perfect gift is the Boobie itself! And if the recipient doesn’t like the colour choice you made for them, they can always exchange it for a different colour, provided it is returned within the 30-day return period.

All the Boobies are listed as Australian Dollars (AUD).
